About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Jonathan
I’m a board certified Family Physician (DO), National Certified Counselor, MBA, and Physician Career Transition Coach. I am the founder of the private FaceBook group Remote Careers for Physicians. After working as a traditional outpatient family physician with no other experience, I pivoted to full-time remote nonclinical career in Utilization Management (UM). I had no mentors or people to help me along the way. It was all trial and error. I’m here to teach you what I learned and show you the right way.
I now serve in a management position at one of the largest health insurance companies in America. In this role, I manage a team of physicians performing UM.
I have extensive experience in clinical medicine, telemedicine, medical media, consulting, the business of medicine, and leadership. I have coached hundreds of physicians on their successful transition to high-paying, non-clinical careers. I’d love to help you next!
